Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics in Carteret, NJ is seeking a Customer Service Agent (Bilingual English/Spanish) for 1st shift. You will process orders, manage shipments in WMS, and support accurate data entry and invoicing for multiple clients.

The role emphasizes timely communication, attention to detail, and cross‑department collaboration to maintain service quality and client satisfaction. On‑site work with standard daytime hours.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• 1 year experience in Customer Service-related capacity.
• Must be able to work in unregulated temperatures within the warehouse during warmer and colder months.

Responsibilities

• Process and input all customer orders.
• Run and print shipments from WMS.
• Run stock reports to check product availability.
• Generate all related paperwork and necessary information for customer work orders.
• Check orders for special requests and expedite as needed.
• Communicate with customers about order status and issues.
• Ensure accurate invoicing and resolve discrepancies.
