Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics in Carteret, NJ seeks a Customer Service Agent (Bilingual English/Spanish) for a mid shift, 11am–7:30pm. Responsibilities include processing customer orders, data entry, and handling shipments in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• 1 year experience in Customer Service-related capacity.
• Must be able to work in unregulated temperatures within the warehouse during the warmer and colder months.

Responsibilities

• Process and input all customer orders.
• Run shipments from WMS and print related documents.
• Run stock reports to check product availability.
• Generate paperwork and information for customer work orders.
• Expedite orders as needed and notify customers of activity.
• Follow up with other departments to meet service standards.
• Assist in accurate invoicing and handling of returns.
