Job summary

DSV - Global Transport and Logistics is seeking a Customer Service Agent (Bilingual English/Spanish) for 1st shift in Carteret, NJ. The role emphasizes building rapport with clients, accurate data entry for shipments, and timely order processing to support site operations.

Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm. The CSR handles customer orders, invoicing coordination, and communication across departments while maintaining service standards and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• 1 year experience in customer service.
• Ability to work in unregulated warehouse temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Process and input all customer orders.
• Enter and verify data regarding customer orders, shipments, receipts and inventories.
• Assist with invoicing and related customer paperwork.
• Maintain good relationships with customers and respond to inquiries and complaints.
• Prepare reports concerning customer service as required by supervisors.
