Job summary

InterAction24 LLC in Fort Lauderdale is seeking a Laundry Attendant to greet customers, manage Wash & Fold orders, and keep the store running smoothly. No prior laundry experience is required as training is provided on the floor.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication, on-the-floor customer service, and ability to operate the register. Full-time schedule includes mornings or evenings, with weekend shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate in English.
• Laundromat, hospitality, retail, housekeeping, or food service experience is a plus, not required.
• Must be 18 or older and authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer questions, and handle basic issues.
• Take orders on the point-of-sale system.
• Receive, wash, dry, fold, and package Wash & Fold orders.
• Keep the floor clean, stocked, and organized.
• Watch the washers and dryers and report a machine problem.
• Help customers run the machines and load equipment.
• Handle a limited amount of cash and the basic close.
