SiteOne Landscape Supply in Pflugerville, TX is seeking a energetic Bilingual Customer Sales & Service Representative to deliver exceptional service to commercial and residential customers in the green industry. You will handle in-person, phone, and online orders, pull and prepare inventory, and help grow sales while collaborating with branch leadership.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in retail/wholesale, strong English/Spanish bilingual skills, and a willingness to learn new

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a retail or wholesale setting.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Green industry knowledge a plus.
• Willing to learn new technologies and ways of working.
• Ability to think quickly and make sound decisions.
• Inventory management experience helpful.
• Must lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate exceptional customer service to all SiteOne customers.
• Cultivate and manage strong relationships with customers.
• Assist customers with questions and orders in person, by phone or online.
• Pull and prepare inventory orders for pickup or delivery.
• Identify opportunities to grow sales with current and potential customers.
• Collaborate with branch leadership to implement new technologies and processes.
• Assist with merchandising, inventory management and store tasks.
