SiteOne Landscape Supply is seeking a Bilingual Customer Sales & Service Representative in Phoenix to deliver outstanding service to commercial and residential customers in the green industry.

You will handle in-person, phone, and online orders, manage inventory, and work with branch leadership on technologies to boost performance. A strong customer service mindset and bilingual English/Spanish abilities are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in a retail or wholesale setting preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• Green industry knowledge or landscape/irrigation product knowledge a plus
• Willingness to learn new technologies and ways of working
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to all SiteOne customers
• Build and manage relationships with customers
• Assist with questions in person, by phone, or online ordering
• Pull and prepare inventory orders for pickup or delivery
• Identify opportunities to grow sales with current and prospective customers
• Collaborate with branch leadership on new technologies and processes
• Assist with merchandising, inventory management, and store tasks safely
