Job summary

Service Activation Center is hiring for a Customer Service & Retention Representative in Santa Ana, CA. This full-time, in-office role offers $21.00 per hour plus commission and a Mon-Fri schedule with rotating Saturdays.

Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred to assist auto warranty customers and retain clients who may cancel coverage. Ideal candidates communicate well over the phone, solve problems, and maintain a positive customer experience while meeting retention and performance

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Sales, retention, customer service, or call-center experience is a plus.
• Ability to work rotating Saturdays.
• Comfortable handling objections and challenging conversations.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions regarding their auto warranty coverage and account.
• Explain coverage, payments, benefits, and account information clearly.
• Handle inbound customer service and retention-related calls.
• Speak with customers who are considering canceling their coverage.
• Identify customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
• Educate customers on the value and benefits of maintaining their coverage.
• Handle objections and difficult conversations professionally.
• Work toward daily and monthly retention and performance goals.
• Accurately document customer interactions and account updates.
