Qualifications

• No prior insurance experience required.
• Fluent or proficient in Spanish and English, preferred.
• Excellent listening, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
• Willingness to obtain the required Property and Casualty license.
• Positive, professional, customer-first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries with accurate, timely information about insurance policies.
• Handle policy questions, billing inquiries, and coverage changes accurately.
• Serve Spanish- and English-speaking customers clearly and accurately.
• Resolve service issues with patience and professionalism.
• Identify coverage gaps and service needs during reviews.
• Follow up consistently to support customer loyalty and retention.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the agency system.
