Job summary

Too Good To Go is seeking a bilingual Customer Experience Specialist (English & Spanish) to join our CX team. This part-time, fully remote role is limited to Texas residents, with core days Sunday to Tuesday and 10–20 hours per week.

You will be the main contact for users, handling inquiries via email and chat, acting as a brand ambassador, and collaborating with global teams to address needs and improve service. Prior CS experience and excellent English/Spanish communication are required.

Qualifications

• Some experience in a Customer Service-related role.
• Full written and verbal proficiency in Spanish and English.
• Ability to commit to 10-20 hours per week with flexibility to increase hours per the business needs.
• A first-class and inspiring communicator.

Responsibilities

• You are the main point of contact for Too Good To Go users, ensuring they receive outstanding customer service by answering inquiries through email and chat.
• Handle priority situations with a high level of care and work closely with the wider CX team to resolve user issues.
• Act as a brand ambassador in all your communications with our users.
• Understand and communicate our users' needs and motivations to our internal teams locally and globally.
• Utilize the knowledge base and wider CX communication channels to ensure accurate responses.
