• Proficient in Microsoft Office Outlook and Word.
• Bilingual proficiency mandatory.
• Passion for continuously improving consumer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily activities across multiple service functions, ensuring operational efficiency and consumer satisfaction.
• Handle moderately complex administrative, operational, and consumer support tasks with precision.
• Conduct necessary computations accurately to support service operations.
• Engage in consumer support, consumer services, and consumer administration.
• Manage enrollment and eligibility processes, ensuring seamless consumer onboarding.
• Process claims efficiently and accurately, resolving issues as they arise.
• Investigate and settle consumer service issues and claims, applying sound judgment and policy interpretation.
• Work autonomously within defined parameters, prioritizing tasks as needed.
• Contribute to an environment focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.
