Job summary

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English.
• Able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish.
• Valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.
• For internal Sherwin-Williams employees: must have meets expectations rating and completed HR Cloud eLearning courses.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent sales service to customers to achieve high satisfaction.
• Assist customers in person and by phone by determining needs and presenting products and services.
• Build trust with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and according to policies.
• Work toward monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
• Maintain accurate work order files and pricing.
• Pull products from floor or warehouse and tint/mix per specs.
• Restock shelves, set up displays, and clean equipment.
• Assist with deliveries as needed and keep areas in presentable condition.
