Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English.
• Able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish.
• Valid, unrestricted driver's license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, frequently, up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.
• If internal, must have at least a 3 rating on most recent appraisal and completed HR Cloud eLearning courses.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent sales service to customers in-store and over the phone.
• Determine customer needs and present appropriate Sherwin-Williams products and services.
• Build trust with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and in line with policies.
• Maintain store presentation and product displays.
• Tint and mix products as requested by customers.
• Assist with deliveries and load/unload as needed.
