Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish as required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of cashiering experience and one year of telephone experience.
• Customer service experience in a call center or similar environment; experience with payment arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient customer service by phone and in person; respond to inquiries and resolve complaints.
• Prepare documents for billing investigations; arrange payments and changes to service.
• Enter customer data, create service orders, and notify field personnel of changes.
• Review SAP for customer accounts; collect deposits and handle delinquent accounts.
• Balance cash receipts; reconcile deposits and prepare daily cash summaries.
• Assist in meter reading discrepancy resolution and billing adjustments.
