Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is required and critical.
• 2+ years' experience in customer service.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints via phone, email, and other channels.
• Prepare accurate quotes and process orders, exchanges, refunds, and cancellations.
• Verify, update, and maintain customer account information with attention to detail.
• Provide information on products, services, warranties, and terms of sale.
• Assist customers with technical products and troubleshooting, offering solutions.
• Communicate offers and promotions, and support sales of products and services.
• Handle account-related requests, including changes, upgrades, and policy updates.
• Collaborate with the Customer Service Supervisor to ensure effective and consistent service delivery.
