The Customer Service Representative serves as a vital connection between our customers and the company, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to accuracy, professionalism, and care. You will prepare precise quotes and purchase orders, respond to inquiries with attention to detail, and provide solutions for questions related to accounts, billing, refunds, cancellations, and general service needs. You will engage with existing customers to strengthen relationships, support sales of products and services, and communicate relevant offers and promotions. You will assist customers with technical products both by email and phone. Success in this role requires the ability to multitask effectively, provide courteous and knowledgeable support, and confidently navigate technical terminology and specifications.
