Job summary

Ingersoll Rand is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Buda, Texas. In this role, you will engage with customers to provide support on a variety of service needs, prepare precise quotes, and process orders while ensuring a high standard of care and professionalism.

The ideal candidate must be bilingual in Spanish and English and have at least 2 years of customer service experience. This is a fully on-site position from 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday, offering a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Bilingual Spanish/English (REQUIRED and critical qualification).
• 2+ years' experience in customer service.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints through phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Prepare accurate quotes and process orders, exchanges, refunds, and cancellations.
• Provide information on products, services, warranties, and terms of sale.
