Job summary

Cash Time Loan Centers in Tucson, AZ is seeking an Account Manager/Loan Officer to deliver outstanding customer service while processing auto title and personal loan requests. You will work with customers in person or online to complete transactions accurately and efficiently.

The ideal candidate is bilingual in Spanish, has excellent communication skills, can multi-task, handle cash, and maintain confidentiality. Working hours are Mon–Fri, with some weekend availability as needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Spanish bilingual (required).
• Experience with multi-line phones is a plus.
• Cash-handling experience is a plus.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently.
• Office hours Mon–Fri 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m., some weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outbound calls.
• Cash handling and payment processing.
• Process loan requests in-person or online.
• Collect and verify loan prerequisites.
• Interview customers and conduct vehicle condition checks.
• Data entry and loan documentation.
