ES management in Groveport, Ohio is seeking a Recruiter to identify and hire candidates for current and future openings across multiple sites. You will partner with hiring managers and HR to forecast staffing and develop recruiting plans.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish, strong relationship-building, and the ability to manage full-cycle recruiting, employment marketing strategies, and cross-functional staffing projects.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure job requirements are understood and candidates are assessed appropriately.
• Develop relationships with hiring managers, business leaders, and HR.
• Track and report key staffing metrics.
• Engage in staffing-related activities and cross-functional projects.
• Develop search strategies including vendor selection and career opportunities.
• Fill job orders promptly.
• Proven candidate sourcing and relationship-building skills.
• Effective oral and written communication; ability to work independently.
• Skills in database management and record keeping.
