Responsibilities

• Verify and maintain customer account information accurately.
• Provide information on products, services, and terms of sale.
• Assist customers with technical products and troubleshooting.
• Communicate offers and promotions to support sales.
• Handle account-related requests and collaborate with the Customer Service Supervisor.
