Job summary

TKC Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative in St. Louis, MO for a hybrid role with daily pay options and a $21.50/hour wage. The position requires fluency in English and Spanish, a high school diploma, and 18+ years old, with training from 8am–4pm for four weeks.

Primary duties include handling orders and inquiries for Access Securepak/Access Corrections, processing payments, tracking shipments, and meeting performance metrics. Full benefits and a signing bonus are offered.

Qualifications

• Must live in the St. Louis metropolitan area.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (speaking and writing).
• At least 18 years old.
• Availability for days, evenings, Saturdays and holidays.
• Four-week training from 8am to 4pm, Monday–Friday.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Basic PC knowledge and Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide inbound customer service via phone and chat for Access Securepak and Access Corrections customers.
• Process orders, deposits, track shipments and answer questions about status.
• Handle administrative tasks arising from calls or chats.
• Meet established performance and quality metrics.
• Assist with other duties as needed.
