Job summary

Keefe offers a hybrid position in the St. Louis area as a Customer Service Representative for Access Securepak and Access Corrections. You will handle orders, assist customers, and track shipments from a central office, reporting to the Call Center Director.

You must live in the St. Louis metro area and be fluent in English and Spanish, with a four-week training period and a guaranteed starting wage of 21.50 per hour plus bonuses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (Speaking and Writing).
• Available for days, evenings, Saturdays, and holidays.
• Four-week training from 8 am to 4 pm, Mon–Fri.

Responsibilities

• Provide inbound customer service phone and chat support to Access Securepak and Access Corrections customers.
• Process customer orders, deposits, track shipments and answer customer questions.
• Perform a variety of administrative tasks stemming from customer calls or chats.
• Meet established performance metrics and quality standards.
• Other duties as needed.
