Pay-O-Matic in Jackson Heights, NY is seeking a Front-Line Customer Service Representative to join our team. The role includes handling cashing checks, money transfers, bill payments, and selling prepaid products while delivering friendly service.

This full-time, in-person position requires reliability, weekend availability, and a team mindset. You will open accounts, explain products, and maintain accurate records, with floating to nearby stores when needed.

• One to two years related experience or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Identify and respond to customers’ needs.
• Process customer transactions including cashing checks, money transfers, bill payments and selling prepaid products.
• Open new accounts and issue cards like the inPower debit card.
• Maintain timely and courteous completion of transactions.
• Maintain customer accounts by updating photos, addresses, and phone numbers.
• Maintain knowledge of Payomatic products and services.
• Provide information about services to customers.
