ManpowerGroup, on behalf of its client Logistics and Transportation Operations, seeks a Customer Service Rep I to join the Customer Support and Driver Operations team. The role supports day-to-day service delivery and partner communication, requiring calm handling of issues and strong organizational focus to manage multiple tasks.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of related experience, proficient in MS Office, and excellent customer service skills to resolve problems and keep routes

Responsibilities

• Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps to maintain correct documentation and service quality.

Our client, Logistics and Transportation Operations is seeking a Customer Service Rep I to join their team. As a Customer Service Rep I, you will be part of the Customer Support andDriver Operations department supporting day-to-day service delivery and partner communication. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service instincts, the ability to stay calm while handling issues, and the organizational focus to manage multiple tasks accurately aligning successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Customer Service Rep I

Pay Rate: $19/hour

Shift: Monday - Saturday (Day off Thursday & Sunday), Work Hours 9:30am-5:30pm

What's the Job?

• Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email, ensuring timely and professional communication.
• Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner while diagnosing, assessing, and resolving problems or issues.
• Monitor progress of delivery routes and support accurate operational updates.
• Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps to maintain correct documentation and service quality.
• Support driver check-ins and PM check-in procedures, including document upload and delivery route updates.

What's Needed?

• Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• 1-year related experience, preferably within a call center environment.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to satisfactorily resolve issues.
• Solid ability to multitask with exceptional organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive under pressure while delivering solutions that exceed customer expectations.
