Job summary

This full-time role requires fluent English and Spanish, a valid driver’s license, and ability to lift up to 70 lbs. The position includes store visits at Middleton, Madison Odana, and Waunakee stores, with travel to cover customer service

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English.
• Able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted driver’s license.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Internal candidates must meet performance and HR requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent sales service to customers.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone to determine needs and present products.
• Build trust with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately following policies and procedures.
• Meet sales goals monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
• Maintain precise work order files and formulas.
• Stock shelves and set up displays.
• Tint and mix products per customer specs.
• Load and unload delivery trucks; assist in deliveries.
