Qualificações

• One year or more experience in a residential setting or crisis intervention role.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Interpersonal, customer service, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong time management and prioritization in a flexible environment.
• Proficiency with computer tools including Office and databases.
• Immunization proof or ability to obtain tests; annual flu vaccine.
• Valid driver's license and liability insurance.

Responsabilidades

• Provide survivor-centered, trauma-informed crisis advocacy to survivors of domestic violence.
• Support safety planning and assist with Ex Parte Orders and Victims’ Compensation.
