Job summary

YAI seeks a bilingual Program Supervisor to lead an interdisciplinary team in Brooklyn and Manhattan crisis intervention locations. You will supervise clinical, medical, and DSP staff, ensure health and safety, document care, and promote program excellence.

Strong writing, teamwork, and initiative are essential. Preferred BA/BS or MA/MS and supervisory experience; English/Spanish bilingual; experience in supporting individuals with I/DD or mental health is a plus.

Qualifications

• BA/BS, MA/MS strongly preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.
• Prior supervisory experience required.
• Prior Direct Support Professional experience preferred.
• Background in supporting people with intellectual/developmental disabilities or mental health preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leading and supporting an interdisciplinary team of clinical, medical, and DSP staff.
• Ensuring health, safety, and habilitation of people we support.
• Fostering professional development through supervision, training, and evaluations.
• Overseeing program operations, budgeting, and compliance.
• Building staff morale and maintaining open communication with families and supports.
