Job summary

BMO is seeking a customer-focused banking professional to advise on borrowing strategies and sell lending-related products through virtual or remote channels. You will support customers from a remote environment, following approved procedures and maintaining strong knowledge of personal lending and home financing options.

You will handle inquiries, document transactions, and escalate more complex issues while referring customers to other BMO teams as needed.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of call center operations and policies.
• Analytical and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on borrowing strategies and suitable lending products.
• Fulfill sales and service activities for customers in accordance with procedures.
