Qualifications

• Spanish speaking preferred
• Post-secondary degree in related field desirable or equivalent education/experience
• Lending and credit knowledge with appropriate designations
• Experience in financial services is an asset
• Strong communication, organization and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Delivers exceptional service to customers and prospects and advises on financial solutions in customers' best interests
• Engages customers to complete needs assessments and identify tailored solutions
• Offers guidance on digital and self-serve options to simplify banking
• Supports customer transactions and schedules appointments to build relationships
• Collaborates with branch and market teams to achieve business objectives
• Ensures compliance with lending policies, risk framework and regulatory requirements
• Probes to understand personal banking and credit card needs and integrates promotions
• Maintains accurate data entry and handling of escalations as needed
• Keeps up-to-date knowledge of personal banking products and market trends
• Identifies and reports suspicious patterns of activity
