Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Delivers exceptional service to BMO customers and prospects and identifies customer needs to provide advice on financial solutions.
• Engages customers to complete needs assessments and grow loyalty by offering tailored solutions (everyday banking, investments, lending, home financing, business banking).
• Promotes digital/self-serve options to make banking easy, fast, and convenient.
• Works with branch and partners to deliver the desired customer experience and meet business objectives.
• Assesses risk, follows compliance and regulatory requirements, and applies the bank's risk management framework.
