Job summary

PSE Group, a nationwide coatings specialist network, is seeking a Counter Sales & Customer Service Associate in Miami. The role focuses on exceptional service for walk-in customers, phone orders, and accurate transactions in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will assist with product selection, inventory accuracy, paint mixing, and order preparation while maintaining high standards of courtesy and communication in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Comfortable using computers, POS systems, and inventory software.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, friendly customer service face-to-face and over the phone.
• Assist walk-in customers with product selection, order placement, and technical inquiries.
• Proactively contact preferred end-user customers to support sales and order follow-ups.
• Enter telephone orders accurately into company systems.
• Track order status and communicate shipment updates to customers.
• Support outside sales by providing product and order assistance.
• Maintain positive customer relationships through reliable interactions.
