Job summary

Cemex US is seeking a customer-service oriented team member for our Florida branch to assist customers with selections and orders. You will process orders, quotes, and pricing while maintaining product knowledge and branch presentation.

The role requires a High School Diploma (bi-lingual a plus) and entails data entry, price quotes, and supporting Miami-Dade/Broward counties. Safety gear is required on site and lifting is involved.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting materials in a friendly, professional manner.
• Provide occasional operational support to Miami-Dade/Broward counties.
• Inform customers about products and ensure exposure to full product line.
• Answer phone calls and provide price quotes and information.
• Follow up on orders and resolve issues to customer satisfaction.
• Continuously update product knowledge; know inventory and location of merchandise.
• Enter customer orders, branch transfers, quotations, and pricing in the system.
• Explain policies and procedures regarding purchases, returns, and credits.
• Assist in maintaining branch appearance and cleanliness.
• Must wear protective equipment at location.
• Physical requirements include lifting and moving heavy objects as needed.
