Job summary

Ascendo Resources in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Bilingual Workforce Operations Coordinator to help manage a large contractor network on-site. This full-time role emphasizes workforce coordination, contractor management, compliance, documentation, and engagement rather than a traditional HR path.

You will oversee onboarding, setup, documentation, and ongoing contractor coverage while maintaining accurate records in internal systems and collaborating with Operations to meet project needs.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating employees, contractors, field personnel, or another high-volume workforce.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple people, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent follow-up and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with a wide variety of personalities.
• Comfortable speaking with prospective contractors and evaluating basic qualifications.
• Experience with onboarding, compliance documentation, scheduling, or workforce administration.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bilingual communication skills strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience working in CRM, workforce management, ATS, HRIS, or similar database systems.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required for candidates with relevant experience.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for independent contractors throughout their relationship with the organization.
• Coordinate new contractor setup, onboarding, documentation, agreements, and start dates.
• Maintain an active and reliable pool of contractors to support ongoing business needs.
• Track contractor availability, status, documentation, and assignment readiness.
• Communicate regularly with contractors regarding assignments, requirements, documentation, and operational updates.
