About the Role :

We're looking for driven and resourceful Contract Recruiters / Sourcers to join a fast-paced, people-first talent team in Lewisville, TX . This is an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact by helping staff engaging product and food demonstration roles across 596 Whole Sale Clubs nationwide -you'll literally help bring the flavor to the club floor!

What You'll Be Doing :

• High-volume recruiting for part-time product and alcohol demo roles across whole sale clubs nationwide
• Managing a pipeline of applicants and sourcing from a large database (8,000+ leads already in the system!)
• Utilizing Indeed's full suite of tools to source, screen, and engage talent
• Meeting weekly KPIs : 40 calls, 20 texts, and 8 hires / week (top recruiters are hitting 12+!)
• Partnering closely with your team to ensure a smooth hiring process
• Supporting the shift from ICMs to Oracle ATS

Who We're Looking For :

• 2+ years of temporary or high-volume recruiting experience
• Comfortable juggling multiple requisitions and hitting weekly recruiting goals
• Proactive communicator - you're not afraid to pick up the phone, send a follow-up, and close the loop
• Tech-savvy with ATS experience (Oracle is a plus!)
• Positive, flexible, and able to pivot in a fast-moving environment
• Someone who rocks - because if you do, there's real potential for a long-term or permanent spot on the team
