Advance America is seeking a Consumer Lending Sales Specialist to join our Jackson, MI branch. This full-time role focuses on delivering excellent customer service while achieving individual and branch sales goals in a regulated financial environment.

Responsibilities include acquiring customers through storefront and online channels, presenting tailored loan options, educating customers on terms, and maintaining compliant documentation. A bilingual candidate is a plus.

Competenze

High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
Sales and/or customer service experience required, or equivalent experience.
One year of experience in one or more of the following areas preferred: sales, retail, banking, or collections.
