Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Sales and/or customer service experience required; one year in sales, retail, banking, or collections preferred.
• Strong math skills and professional verbal communication by phone and in person; ability to read, write, and evaluate complex information.
• Ability to follow procedures and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
