The Consumer Lending Sales Specialist (CLSS) at Advance America is a performance-based, hands-on role focused on delivering exceptional customer service while achieving individual and branch sales goals. You will actively contribute to branch success by meeting performance metrics defined by management and participating in marketing and collection efforts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Sales and/or customer service experience required; banking/collections background helpful.
• Strong math, communication, and ability to follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer acquisition through storefront and online channels using effective sales tools.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience while managing a growing loan portfolio.
• Educate customers on loan terms, conditions, and product features.
• Maintain accurate customer documentation and transaction records.
• Follow Loss Prevention standards and comply with regulations.
