Job summary

CASEY Construction Group, LLC is seeking a Safety Coordinator to improve day-to-day safety across active job sites in the DC, Raleigh, and Richmond regions. The role emphasizes hazard identification, PPE compliance, and timely safety briefings.

The ideal candidate has construction safety experience, OSHA standards knowledge, and the ability to communicate safety messages in English and Spanish effectively.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification required.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Safety Director in daily safety operations across job sites.
• Act as the primary point of contact for safety questions from crews on site.
• Conduct daily site inspections and audits to identify hazards and non-compliant behaviors.
• Verify proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Deliver safety orientations and toolbox talks in English and Spanish.
