Job summary

You will conduct orientations in English and Spanish, support the Safety Director, and help maintain PPE, records, and OSHA compliance. OSHA 30-hour certification and CPR/First Aid are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of construction safety experience
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification required
• CPR/First Aid certification required

Responsibilities

• Support the Safety Director in daily safety operations across job sites.
• Act as the primary point of contact for immediate safety questions or concerns from crews on site.
• Conduct daily site inspections and audits to identify hazards and non-compliant behaviors related to drywall activities.
• Verify the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Deliver safety orientations and assist with toolbox talks in English and Spanish.
• Assist in accident investigations and maintain accurate records.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety policies.
• Maintain PPE inventory and safety supplies.
• Foster a culture of safety and teamwork among field staff.
