Job summary

Enterprise Electrical is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for field, office, and leadership roles across a multi-state workforce. You will partner with hiring managers, field leadership, and HR to attract, assess, and hire high-quality talent in a fast-paced commercial electrical construction environment.

The Senior Recruiter will drive talent pipelines, perform screenings and interviews, coordinate offers and onboarding, and ensure compliance and excellent candidate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent recruiting experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for field, office, and leadership roles.
• Partner with hiring managers, field leadership, and HR to attract and hire talent.
• Develop talent pipelines and manage candidate experience throughout recruiting process.
• Screen, interview, coordinate offers, and onboarding for multiple roles.
• Maintain compliant documentation in ATS and reporting on hiring metrics.
• Support workforce planning with operations and project leadership.
