Muth Electric, Inc. is seeking a bilingual Recruiter (English/Spanish) to join our team and directly impact company growth by building high-performing electrical crews.

The role emphasizes recruiting electricians, apprentices, and skilled-trades personnel through diverse channels including job boards, referrals, social media, and community outreach. You will work closely with field leadership and HR to translate, onboard, and coordinate candidate communications, ensuring clear expectations

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• 2+ years of recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting electricians, construction trades, or skilled-trade positions preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate and recruit in both English and Spanish across departments.
• Build and maintain a steady pipeline of qualified electrical professionals.
• Screen candidates for electrical experience, work history, reliability, and fit.
• Coordinate phone/virtual interviews and communicate job expectations clearly.
• Develop recruiting strategies targeted to Spanish-speaking trades.
• Track recruiting metrics and keep ATS up to date.
