Job summary

Concordia Group is seeking an in-office Recruiter in Carol Stream, IL to lead full-cycle hiring for hourly and salary roles, focusing on construction talent through sourcing, screening, and structured interviews.

You will work on-site, manage offers and onboarding, and maintain records while building a candidate pipeline. The compensation package includes a competitive base salary plus generous commission and robust benefits.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Experience recruiting construction resources, including Tower Technicians, Civil Ground Crews, Construction Field Managers, and Construction Project Managers.
• Proven ability to source skilled labor roles.
• Ability to carry 15+ requisitions with shifting priorities on a weekly basis.
• Strong sourcing skills, including examples of creative approaches for niche roles and expertise with Boolean searching.
• Experience using Facebook postings and Craigslist for specialized roles.

Compensation

$65,000 to $75,000 per year plus generous commission. Pay may vary based on factors including geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level.

Location: In-office position in Carol Stream, IL.
