Qualifications

Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
Experience in residential construction, remodeling, home renovation, property maintenance, or related field.
Strong handyman skills across trades and repairs.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and execute residential renovation projects.
Monitor timelines and budgets, ensuring on-schedule completion.
Visit sites regularly to check progress, quality, and safety.
Provide updates to management and flag delays or issues.
Perform handyman tasks including basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, drywall, and flooring.
Communicate effectively with contractors, vendors, and property owners.
