W.E. Beaty is seeking a bilingual Residential Flatwork Foreman to lead our slabs and driveways crew in Indianapolis, IN.

This role supervises daily site operations, ensures safety, quality workmanship, and on-time completion while coordinating with truck drivers and suppliers. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of residential concrete flatwork, strong leadership, and ability to communicate in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of residential concrete flatwork experience.
• Previous experience leading or supervising a concrete crew.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a residential concrete crew safely and to quality standards.
• Drive a company truck and transport crew, tools, and equipment.
• Read and interpret residential blueprints and site plans.
• Coordinate concrete deliveries with truck drivers.
• Monitor productivity, workmanship, and safety; coach as needed.
• Promote teamwork and clear communication on site.
• Enforce safety regulations and PPE on all jobs.
• Manage weather-related adjustments to progress.
• Resolve on-site issues promptly with crews.
• Maintain trucks, trailers, tools, and equipment.
• Complete daily paperwork and inspections.
• Lead by example with professionalism and accountability.
