W.E. Beaty in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a dependable Construction Crew Driver / Concrete Laborer to transport crews to residential job sites and assist with daily concrete operations.

A valid driver's license and For-Hire Endorsement (or willingness to obtain one) are required. This full-time, non-exempt position offers $24.00–$32.00 per hour and requires the ability to lift up to 75 pounds, work outdoors in all weather conditions, and keep a safe, organized job site.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Must have a For-Hire Endorsement or be willing to obtain one.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Reliable transportation to and from the shop.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive company trucks transporting crew members, tools, and equipment to multiple residential job sites each day.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Keep assigned truck clean and organized.
• Help with forming, stripping forms, cleanup, and material handling.
• Load and unload tools, equipment, and materials.
• Maintain a clean and safe job site.
• Follow all company safety policies and wear required PPE.
• Work closely with the foreman to complete projects safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
• Perform other construction-related duties as assigned.
• Other duties as assigned.
