Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Concrete Foreman to lead large-scale concrete operations across municipal, commercial, and structural projects. You will supervise crews, coordinate equipment and materials, and ensure safety and high-quality finishes on every placement.

Ideal candidates have hands-on concrete experience with prior foreman roles and are proficient with wall formwork, laser screed operations, and paving machines. CDL is a plus, bilinguals a bonus.

Qualifications

• Hands-on concrete experience with prior foreman or lead role.
• Experience with wall formwork, laser screed, and paving equipment.
• Ability to manage crews on municipal, commercial, and structural projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and coordinate concrete crews on site.
• Plan and execute large-volume pours of 600–800 cubic yards per placement.
• Oversee layout, installation, and stripping of wall system formwork.
