Citizens, Inc. is seeking a Bilingual Operations Compliance Analyst I (Spanish) to join our Austin team. The role supports policy owners and independent consultants across multiple insurance lines within the Citizens group.

You will handle clerical tasks, process requests, respond to questions about third-party payments, and maintain meticulous case documentation. A strong emphasis on bilingual communication and cross‑department collaboration drives success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or associate degree.
• Proficient in Spanish; native speakers preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• At least one year of clerical experience.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish).

Responsibilities

• Provide clerical assistance and communicate with Independent Consultants via telephone, mail, fax, and e-mail.
• Process various requests from policy owners, associates, and other departments.
• Research and respond to IC questions and problems related to third-party payments.
• Ensure accurate documentation of casework.
• Audit assigned cases.
• Cross-train with other areas of the department.
• Prioritize work and manage multiple tasks and assignments.
• Perform other related duties/projects as required.
