Citizens, Inc. in Austin, TX seeks a Bilingual Operations Compliance Analyst I to support policy owners and independent consultants across multiple insurance lines.

This full-time role includes processing requests, documenting casework, auditing cases, and cross-training within the department. The ideal candidate is fluent in Spanish, proficient with Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook, and has at least one year of clerical experience.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Spanish; native speakers preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Provide clerical assistance and communicate with Independent Consultants (IC) via telephone, mail, fax, and e-mail.
• Process various requests from policy owners, associates, and other departments.
• Research and respond to IC questions and problems related to Third-party payments.
• Ensure accurate documentation of casework.
• Audit assigned cases.
• Cross-train with other areas of the department.
• Prioritize work and manage multiple tasks and assignments.
• Perform other related duties/projects as required and assigned.
