Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish; native speakers preferred.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• At least one year of clerical experience.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clerical support and communicate with Independent Consultants via phone, mail, fax and email.
• Process various requests from policy owners, associates and other departments.
• Research and respond to IC questions related to third-party payments.
• Ensure accurate documentation of casework and maintain records.
• Audit assigned cases and monitor progress for accuracy.
• Cross-train with other departmental areas to support functions.
• Prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignments efficiently.
• Perform other related duties and projects as required.
