Job summary

Erie Neighborhood House in Chicago's Little Village seeks a Community Resource Coordinator to connect individuals and families with services that promote stability and self-sufficiency. You will coordinate community-based programming, provide case management, and support grant operations while building strong partnerships.

bilingual English and Spanish required; you will travel between locations, work evening/weekend hours as needed, and supervise staff and interns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, child development, human services, or related field.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Experience providing direct services in community-based settings.
• Experience with case management and resource navigation.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Commitment to trauma-informed and culturally responsive practices.
• Ability to work evenings/weekends and travel in the community.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive case coordination and referrals for participants.
• Support enrollment processes and connect clients to resources.
• Coordinate workshops, support groups, and community presentations.
• Maintain accurate participant records and assist with grant reporting.
• Engage with community partners and represent Erie Neighborhood House.
