Job summary

Qualifications

• Four years of experience in multi-family housing or related fields or a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Human Services, or related field.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Proficient with MS Office; familiarity with Adobe Acrobat, Canva, Salesforce, and Concur.

Responsibilities

• Implement core programs and services across four pillars: Economic Stability, Education for Youth & Families, Health & Wellness, and Community Building.
• Conduct outreach and survey resident needs aligned with four pillars.
• Plan and facilitate resident-facing workshops and sessions.
• Develop partnerships with local providers to deliver services.
• Recruit, train, and oversee volunteers and interns who support programming.
• Publish monthly newsletters and calendar of events.
